Sharing is a difficult concept for young children to understand. Make a fun lesson out of teaching your preschoolers about how to share with these ideas.
The ideas below may help you when teaching your preschoolers a lesson sharing. Feel free to use these ideas to supplement your current curriculum or to make your own lesson. Story Suggestions
GamesRing Around the RosieDirections: Play the game the traditional way! The lyrics are as follows: Ring around the Rosie, a pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes, we all fall down. Play with PuzzlesDirections: Count how many students you have and lay out half that number of puzzles, so the children will have to work in pairs to complete the puzzle. This will help them learn to share to reach a common goal. SnacksA good snack for this lesson would be: Use Hershey's Hugs & Kisses candies as a snack, along with a vegetable tray. Tell the children that they must give their candy to another child, and wait for someone to give them a candy. Another good snack idea for this lesson would be: Peanut Butter CookiesIngredients:
